Before sharing any confidential information, you will be asked to confirm and acknowledge that you have received and understand this disclosure. The Disclosure form is not a contract.
What does that mean for you?
The properties that Stowe Area Realty sends to you or discusses with you are listed properties with Stowe Area Realty or another real estate office using the Multiple Listing Service. Unless you and a real estate agent enter into an “Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer Agreement,” the agent will represent the seller in any transaction and the seller will compensate the agent/Stowe Area Realty at the closing.
